All Clarity Sprint engagements are delivered remotely via secure video conferencing.

  • Full payment is required at time of booking to reserve your Sprint

  • Payment confirms your commitment and secures dedicated preparation time and resources

Cancelation and Refunds

  • We do not offer cancelations or refunds once a Sprint is booked

  • This policy ensures that we can honor limited availability and maintain focused delivery for each client

Rescheduling

  • We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your Sprint session with at least 48 hours notice

  • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your session may be accommodated at our discretion, based on availability

Engagement Scope

  • Each Clarity Sprint includes a Change Readiness Assessment, two 60-minute sessions, a custom report, and a 1-page action plan

  • Additional support or follow-up may be available through separate engagements
