Dave Hersher is the founder and principal advisor of Hersher Consulting LLC. With over 25 years of experience in consumer-facing industries, Dave has built a reputation for solving complex business problems and guiding teams through meaningful change.
As a seasoned executive in operations and project management, he brings strategic insight, practical tools, and a collaborative spirit to every engagement.
