Terms and Cancelation Policy:

All Office Hour engagements are delivered remotely via secure video conferencing.

  • Full payment is required at time of booking to reserve your Hour

  • Payment confirms your commitment and secures dedicated preparation time and resources

Cancelation and Refunds

  • We do not offer cancelations or refunds once an Office Hour is booked

  • This policy ensures that we can honor limited availability and maintain focused delivery for each client

Rescheduling

  • We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your Office Hour session with at least 48 hours notice

  • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your session may be accommodated at our discretion, based on availability

Engagement Scope

  • Each Office Hour includes a one-hour video conference on topics chosen by the client

  • Additional support or follow-up may be available through separate engagements
