All Office Hour engagements are delivered remotely via secure video conferencing.
Full payment is required at time of booking to reserve your Hour
Payment confirms your commitment and secures dedicated preparation time and resources
Cancelation and Refunds
We do not offer cancelations or refunds once an Office Hour is booked
This policy ensures that we can honor limited availability and maintain focused delivery for each client
Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your Office Hour session with at least 48 hours notice
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your session may be accommodated at our discretion, based on availability
Engagement Scope
Each Office Hour includes a one-hour video conference on topics chosen by the client
Additional support or follow-up may be available through separate engagements
By booking an Office Hour, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
