Delivery Format:

  • All retainer services are delivered remotely via secure video conferencing and email

Payment Terms:

  • Full payment is due at the start of each monthly period

  • Payment confirms your commitment and secures dedicated access to strategic support

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • You may cancel your retainer at any time, effective at the end of your current paid period.

  • We do not offer refunds for unused time or mid-period cancellations.

  • This policy ensures we can maintain availability and deliver consistent support to active clients.

Engagement Scope:

Each retainer includes:

  • Unlimited scheduled calls or virtual meetings

  • Unlimited email support (responses within one business day)

  • One designated point of contact

Additional services or deliverables may be available through separate engagements.
